Download and Print the Application Forms<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteer<a title=\"Ministry Application Form\" href=\"http:\/\/www.camp-yukon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Ministry-Application-FIF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&nbsp;Application Form<\/a>&nbsp; fill in and return to Camp Yukon Office.<\/li>\n<li>Read&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.camp-yukon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Application-Form-2023-Attachment-SOET.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">PAOC Statement of Essential Truths<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Consent for Disclosure of Criminal Record &amp; VS Check\" href=\"http:\/\/www.camp-yukon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Consent-for-Disclosure-of-Criminal-Record.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Criminal Record Check<\/a>&nbsp; for all&nbsp;volunteers over 18 years of age.
